Responsible for End to End Recruitment for given position .

  1. Sourcing &Screening of Candidates profiles by utilizing various channels i.e. internal database, job Portals, referrals, Social Media and campaigns based on the requirements.
  2. Understanding the client requirements and work according to guide lines.
  3. Interaction, Counselling and understand candidates profile to match the clients requirements.
  4. Responsible for recruitment complete cycle. ( Job Posting, sourcing, Interaction with Candidates and clients , line up for Interviews to joining of candidates.
  5. Responsible for volume hiring across all the skills.
  6. Follow time line for closer. Work towards achieving the targets.
  7. MIS Generation and updation on daily basis.
