We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Helping customers solve technical issues.
  2. Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities.
  3. Work is done primarily via voice, with some chat if required.
  4. To provide a high level of technical support to our customers.
  5. To continually innovate in order to ensure the company is offering the best level of service in terms of services and equipment.
  6. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
  7. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  8. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  9. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  10. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  11. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer
  12. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
