Induction & On-boarding

  1. Issuing Offer letters for the finalized candidates
  2. Preparing employment agreement
  3. Collecting and maintaining all the relevant documents for New joinee’s
  4. New Joinee’s induction mail to all staffs
  5. Introducing him/her to the concerned department team and manager
  6. Intimating and coordinating with IT for creating email ID and IT training

Training and Development

  1. Coordinate for technical and soft skills training
  2. Coordinate and organize staff orientation

Performance Management

  1. Coordinate and assist to conduct staff performance appraisal management.
