Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition through multiple sources.
  2. Open Demat Account.
  3. Should be presentable with good communication & convincing skill.
  4. Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options within the product range being offered by the company.
  5. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis .
  6. To provide service to the existing Clients and enhancing their overall relationship with company while dealing, trade execution, trade confirmation, updating clients on research reports.
  7. Meeting with Inactive & Potential Clients as well as with Prospective Clients.
  8. Handle customer’s queries.
  9. Ensure Customer profiling & categorization of customers.
  10. Operate dealing terminal and execute trades on behalf of clients.
  11. Timely communication of orders and trade confirmations to the concerned.
  12. Advise clients on investment and market trends.
