REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         Excellent Salesforce Administrator skills.
·         5+ years solving complex problems using Apex, Visual Force, SOQL and SQL.
·         Experience with Support processes, Sales and Marketing operations and ERP systems.
·         Administration skills for both Windows and Linux preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Collaborate with Support, Operations, Engineering, Sales and Finance teams to gather and document application requirements.
·         Develop functional specification describing the data flows and user interfaces of the solution.
·         Evaluate App Exchange solutions for possible fit.
·         Define, document and present for review an architecture/design solution integrating the new application into the existing infrastructure.
·         Scope project implementation phases and prepare development schedule, provide regular status updates.
·         Develop comprehensive test plan.
·         Develop application, verify with automated and ad-hoc testing:
·         Deliver quality code quickly.
·         Develop/perform training and roll out system to production.

Provide admin/development support for existing SFDC implementation
