Rawal Infocom (Surat) seeks a qualified Area Sales Manager in (City/Area).

Key Requirements

  1. Appointing Channel Partners.
  2. Planning and target setting for the Channel Partner’s sales team
  3. Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving target Sales
  4. Training, motivating and development of team members

Abilities:

  1. Sales acumen – The candidate should have practical intelligence and ability to handle different sales related situations
  2. Result Orientation- The candidate should be performance oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing and achieving.
  3. Interpersonal Skills- A good Area sales manager must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be approachable for his team members
  4. Ability to work in high pressure environment- Area manager must be able to thrive under stress and help his team cope with it too
  5. Ability to Multitask – The candidate must be able to prioritize and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously
  6. Industry Knowledge – Candidate needs to be well versed with product knowledge and industry trends in order to do consultative selling.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred.
  2. Three to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
  3. One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
  4. Strong intrapersonal skills.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  7. Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
  8. Positive and enthusiastic
