Help Desk Coordinator manages IT service requests received through the ticketing system, phone calls, emails, walk ins, etc., to ensure proper delivery of high quality IT services in accordance with IT policies and procedures.Help Desk Coordinator manages IT service requests received through the ticketing system, phone calls, emails, walk ins, etc., to ensure proper delivery of high quality IT services in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

• Inbound calls 90% ,  Outbound calls 10%,  Manage Help Desk supporting over 200 users in different locations.• Follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for customer support..• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information. Recommend process improvements to IT Help Desk support processes.• Monitor critical infrastructure systems through industry standard monitoring tools and systems. Generate Help Desk metrics to help support teams monitor performance.• Ticketing system – open Tickets, Ticket tracking and follow-up.• SLA Violations, Customer support, make reports.• Workflow of Tech support, coordinating assigning other team members.• Conduct periodic customer satisfaction audit
