The People Development Team provides training and consulting services to some of the largest organisations around the globe. With expertise in the areas of Inclusion, Unconscious Bias and Women’s Leadership we run award-winning training programmes both face–to-face and using virtual techniques.

To support increasing demand from clients, and in line with our global expansion plans, The People Development Team is seeking a trainer to play a key part in the growth of our business through development and delivery of our standard and bespoke inclusion solutions.

This position requires high quality and impactful front live delivery to clients; contribution to the continual update of our core product; and input into the development of new, innovative solutions that require cutting edge approaches.

 

Personal Profile:
Proven record in training, design and delivery across a breadth of sectors, and preferably across multiple geographies and culturally diverse groups
Strong analytical, administrative and organisational skills
Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm, with the ability to plan own workload, work independently and manage a wide range of activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to forge strong client relationships and engage readily with participants
Clean driving licence and facility to work from home safely.
Preferred, but not essential:

A basic knowledge and understanding of inclusion and unconscious bias
Experience of training on virtual platforms (full training will be given)
Qualification in Organisational or Occupational Psychology and / or the equivalent depth of experience in large organisations
A second language
Accreditation on a diagnostic personality assessment tool.
Progression Opportunities:
There is a clear progression path within the PDT training team. You can expect to progress to a senior trainer role in 18-24 months depending on performance and availability of roles to support our expansion plans.

Work Setting:
The role is home-based. Regular travel into our office in Ware, Herts. will be required.
Travel and nights away from home, including overseas, will also be required
