The Candidate must have experience in the following areas:

  1. Emergency purchase to support maintenance of the Power Plant.
  2. Vendor development for sourcing spares indigenously.
  3. Managing vendor relationships in a positive and professional manner
  4. Be principle interface between the Vendor and the Company.
  5. Work with the vendors on negotiations, procurement of Spares etc.,
  6. Resolve issues with the Contractors / vendors concerning billings, outages and failure to meet expectations and/or contract requirements.
  7. Preparation of One time contracts, Job contracts, rate contracts, Service contracts and Annual Maintenance Contract.
  8. Coordinates all activities under the applicable maintenance services contracts, supply agreements including communication with owner representatives and Contractor / vendor representatives.
  9. Provides regular feedback and recommendations to upper management on issues and opportunities
    Preparing maintenance Contracts General Contract Conditions (GCC) & Special Contract Conditions (SCC)
