- To attend to customer calls on the toll free customer care number and provide satisfactory responses.
- Update details of query and the appropriate responses on the CMS module.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of information to ensure speedy settlement of issues.
- To answer calls within 3 rings.
- To attend to any other assignments assigned to you from time to time.
- English and Hindi languages are Compulsory
- Should be flexible Morning / Afternoon Shifts.
