Job Description:

  • To attend to customer calls on the toll free customer care number and provide satisfactory responses.
  • Update details of query and the appropriate responses on the CMS module.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of information to ensure speedy settlement of issues.
  • To answer calls within 3 rings.
  • To attend to any other assignments assigned to you from time to time.
  • English and Hindi languages are Compulsory
  • Should be flexible Morning / Afternoon Shifts.
