  1. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders (project team, survey team, quality control team) and external stake holders
  3. Organize and manage data (including data collection, cleaning, cataloguing and storage)
  4. Conduct statistical analysis and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to understand patterns, associations, relationships among key influencing variables with the usage of SPSS
  5. Support the interpretation and visualization of results into actionable recommendations or process refinements
  6. Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  7. Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices


  1. Proven market research analysis experience
  2. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
    Very well versed with all functions in MS Excel (and Pivot)
  3. Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
  4. Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
  5. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (CATI, Web based surveys, etc)
  6. Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
  7. Strong analytical and critical thinking
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills
  9. BSc degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field
