  1. Online bidding on various portal like Upwork, Freelance, Odesk, Elance, Guru, People Per Hour etc.
  2. Lead generation, searching the new market strategy and making agents to the foreign countries.
  3. Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals, managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels and responding to RFI, RFP etc.
  4. Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
  5. Knowledge of Direct and online marketing of web based software applications.
  6. Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
  7. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  8. Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
  9. Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
  10. Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
  11. Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients.
  12. Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Managed IT Services, Virtualization, Citrix, Microsoft Servers etc.
  13. Web Development (PHP, NodeJS, Angular JS), Mobile Apps (Android & iOS), Web Designing
