  1. Job Description: Customer support officer for telecom industry/ supporting with technical trouble shooting.
  2. Age: Minimum 18 years of age and max 30 years of age
  3. Education Qualification: Diploma, Graduates (INCLUDING BE/ B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.TECH)     Skills :  Basic of Hardware & Networking. (Networks /Modem/Router/Topology/OSI Models/ISP Etc
  4. Work Experience: Fresher’s and experienced with less than 3 years exp
  5. Language Requirement: Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Marathi. English should be Good.
  6. Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts for Boys & 6:30AM to 10:00PM for Girls
  7. Weekly Offs: Week off can be any given day during the week. No fixed week off.
