- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Weekly Days Working: 6 Days; Off Days: Sunday
- Education: 12th pass mandatory
- Experience: Both Fresher’s and experienced can apply
- Communication: Ability to speak/understand English, Hindi, Marathi
- Skills: Good communication, pleasant personality, go-getter attitude
- Resolving customer issues over call/ face to face.
- Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies.
- Identify and report Partner/Customer issues & feedback through appropriate channels.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities to optimize and develop processes & tools geared toward improving internal efficiency, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively and judiciously escalate issues with clear communication
- Support team lead/manager when required
- Work and communicate with cross-functional teams using various channels of internal communication regarding Partner/Customer issues.
- Handle escalations and irate customers.
- To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery.
