Job Summary:

  1. Job Benefits: PF & ESIC after completion of 3 months training
  2. Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
  3. Weekly Days Working: 6 Days; Off Days: Sunday

Selection Criteria:

  1. Education: 12th pass mandatory
  2. Experience: Both Fresher’s and experienced can apply
  3. Communication: Ability to speak/understand English, Hindi, Marathi
  4. Skills: Good communication, pleasant personality, go-getter attitude

Job Description:

  1. Resolving customer issues over call/ face to face.
  2. Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies.
  3. Identify and report Partner/Customer issues & feedback through appropriate channels.
  4. Pro-actively identify opportunities to optimize and develop processes & tools geared toward improving internal efficiency, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
  5. Effectively and judiciously escalate issues with clear communication
  6. Support team lead/manager when required
  7. Work and communicate with cross-functional teams using various channels of internal communication regarding Partner/Customer issues.
  8. Handle escalations and irate customers.
  9. To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery.
