Description:

  • Assists Directors of Real Estate with travel and expense reimbursements
  • Document conference calls for expedited updates and Real Estate Director action items
  • Expedite support and maintenance to include site and document creation, uploads, scheduling and special report creation
  • Real Estate Committee (REC) maintenance to include scheduling, calendar, outlook and reminders
  • Assist Real Estate Directors in REC or client package preparation and distribution
  • Maintain library of approved deals and associated client approval
  • Serve as real estate communication link between home office and field offices

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with additional vocational or collegiate education preferred
  • Excellent instincts, common sense, and judgment around confidentiality given sensitive nature of content
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel is a plus
  • Proficient in pulling demographic reports and comp aerials, as well as using mapping software to create custom map and aerials
  • Excellent writing skill and keen attention to detail when preparing booked for clients, REC, banks, and internal presentations
  • Proficient troubleshooting computer and printer issues a plus
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
