Sales Manager – Real Estate Sales

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supervision of overall sales activities.
  2. Achieve Sales target and manage collections.
  3. Develop and manage broker network and channel partner network.
  4. Keep check for proper functioning of channel partners.
  5. Develop, manage and mentor front line Sales team.
  6. Should have prior deep knowledge & understanding & network for sale of Residential & Commercial Projects.
  7. Should be capable to initiate sales from Pre-Launch stage.
  8. Understand and review site sales office requirements from time to time.
  9. Generate and analyze sales MIS.
  10. Arrange corporate presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals in various corporate.
  11. Coordinate with Customer Service / Back office for documentation.

  3. Generate/create new ideas, concepts and motivate the team.
  4. Good leadership and team management skills.
  5. Knowledge of sales planning, execution and competitive analysis.
  6. Understanding the customer, product, client relationships.
  7. Excellent communication skills and good educational background.
  8. Sales experience in real estate largely residential.
